Before returning an item, check our return policy to make sure your item is eligible for return.
- All items sold on West Metric E-store are 100% checked with QC seal before deliver to customer.
- Consumer has to open the products once received within 48 hours.
- If any defect found please feedback to our customer service within 48 hours after receiving of goods by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 03-78775216 for exchange purpose.
- An exchange process is successful after item has undergone an evaluation process.
- An evaluation process may take 2-3 working days.
- Requirements for a valid exchange:
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice and image of the defected product or video)
- Reason for exchange has to be valid and acceptance conditions met (as chart).
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE FOR COLOURS AND PRODUCTS.
- NO REFUNDABLE.
- Should there be goods damage, carton box damage or open, please don’t acknowledge the courier service receipt but immediately contact our customer service within 24 hours with an images as proof. Will arrange the replacement to consumer.
